Path: AI Goals
The AI Goals path introduces you to Requirements: high-level objectives that you assign to your Makinari agents. Instead of building step-by-step automations, you tell the agents what you want, and they figure out how to achieve it.
Goal: Define your brand context and create your first Requirement.
Prerequisites
- A Makinari account and Site.
Step 1: Set up Brand Context
Agents need to understand your business to represent you properly.
- In the Dashboard , go to Settings > Context.
- Fill out the core business details:
- What does your company do?
- Who is your target audience?
- What is your brand tone (professional, friendly, technical)?
- Save the context. All agents across your Site will now use this knowledge base.
Step 2: Create a Requirement
A Requirement is an AI Goal with a specific objective and a token budget.
- Navigate to Requirements in the dashboard.
- Click New Requirement.
- Select a category (e.g., “Content Generation”, “Lead Research”, “System Automation”).
- Write clear instructions in the “Brain” section. For example:
“Write a 1000-word blog post about the benefits of AI in B2B sales. Use our brand tone and target VP of Sales. Publish it when done.”
- Allocate a token budget (e.g., 50,000 tokens) to cap the agent’s spending.
- Click Activate.
Step 3: Watch the agents work
Once activated, the CMO agent analyzes the Requirement and delegates tasks.
- Click on the active Requirement.
- Under the Commands tab, you will see the specialized agents (like the Copywriter or Data Analyst) picking up tasks.
- You can review the Artifacts (like the draft blog post) as they are generated.
Next steps
- Learn how to trigger Requirements programmatically via the First API Request.
- Read the Agents and Commands concept guide.
